Negative Interest Rate

With the Bank of England thinking of reducing the Interest Rate to Below Zero for High Street Banks, what could this mean to you?

Well if you have plenty of debts (Loans, Mortgages, etc), then mostly Good Things. A negative interest rate would reduce APR’s and you would see a better monthly cashflow.

For the Saver, however, this could be the final nail in the Savers Rate coffin. Rates would reduce so much that a better alternative may be to save Cash instead. But what about the security risks in this? This may be the BofE’s overall idea in fact. Not many people would want to save CASH within their house, so they would most likely want to invest it elsewhere (i.e. Property) or spend it; thus kick-starting the economy.

Sectional Units (or Flat-Pack) are units that are designed and built in the factory in easy to handle packs.

• Low cost transport and craneage

It is a startling fact to find that in 2011, the demand for renewable energy outgrew the need for any single fossil fuel.
